Why you decided to Transform?
I am diabetic type-2 since twelve years.
Year 2008 I started lifting weights and till 2011 I was doing pretty good and was in good shape. but next 2 years I was at my worst in terms of health due to some personal issues which made my body weak. I had injuries while lifting, lacked confidence, had body fat and totally uncontrolled blood sugar levels.
But one day I thought enough is enough and started a weight loss and muscle gain phase. It was very tough for me, I researched about proper diet and supplementation and I maintained a rigorous schedule of weight lifting and clean diet for almost 3-4 months and I achieved what I wanted to achieve.

I had decided that I had to transform myself and that would take a lot of dedication. Strictly following a rigorous schedule of heavy weight lifting and clean diet and discipline is the only way I have been able to achieve what I wanted to.
