I started going to the gym because I was too skinny and just wanted to bring a change to my lifestyle and my physical appearance.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I’m still on my journey towards achieving my goals, but I’ve realized that the key to reaching them lies in consistency. It’s not just about working hard once in a while—it’s about showing up every day, putting in the effort, and staying committed. Consistency is the foundation that makes progress possible.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I started with a push-pull-legs routine for the first year of my training, then decided to switch things up with a bro split, which I’ve been sticking with ever since.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I used to rely on supplements like creatine and protein for some time, but now I’ve transitioned to working out without any supplements.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered throughout my fitness journey, and one that I continue to struggle with, is maintaining a consistent diet. My diet remains an ongoing challenge as I strive for better results.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My biggest advice would be to stay consistent and show up to the gym, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Also, find yourself a gym buddy—they’ll always be there to motivate and push you further.
