1) Why did you decide to transform?
I just had been attracted to people who workout and it used to give me a sense of discipline when I started to workout myself. It started growing on me and I couldn’t stop. That’s when the transformation happened.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
To accomplish my goals, I made sure to stay focused and consistent. I pushed harder each day and the gains kept me motivated. And also having a gym of my own helped as being surrounded by equipment, people in gym clothes and the workout vibe, kept me interested.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
When I first started training, I did not have a routine and I relied on local trainers. But once I started learning about positions and muscles, I also took inspiration from a lot of fitness influencers and came up with a workout routine of my own, which majorly focused on muscle building through progressive overload. I also incorporated the German method where you keep the weight the same but take 7-8 sets with the same weight.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I have been taking pre workout, EAA and protein throughout my workout journey to build muscle and maximise muscle recovery.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
During my transformation, a lower back injury had been a major hurdle in me being regular but I kept taking my physiotherapy sessions to cope with it.
6) Suggestion for future transformers
The only suggestion I have for future transformers is to keep pushing and not be demotivated if they’re not seeing progress soon enough. As it is said Rome was not built in a day.
