1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform when I realised that I was losing my confidence. All the body shaming comments from people including my family made me do it. I wanted to stand in front of the mirror and see myself confident enough to go anywhere, to do whatever I want, and to put a permanent full stop from those upsetting comments.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by setting certain targets for myself. Giving myself challenges like waking up in the morning and working out even in winter. Being consistent was the major key to it. I kept everything secondary to my fitness for a year to even come close to accomplishing what I wanted.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

Training routine that helped me is focusing on a single body part and intensely training that part only. Also, I tried to incorporate Progressive overloading.

4) Which supplements did you take?

For the first few months, I only took whey protein, and after that, I started using creatine.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

I faced several challenges, the major one being ‘feeling stuck’. There were times when I felt that I had gained nothing, even when I was working out daily and maintaining a proper diet. Shaking off that feeling and believing in the process was tough.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

I would suggest to be more confident, consistent and disciplined. Even on the days you feel demotivated, just get up and do it before too many thoughts get into your head.
