1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was under-confident, body dysmorphic and in a bad state. I’m a sports physiotherapist and staying physically fit is my first priority in order to keep others fit. This motivated me to work on my body to look fit.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by making milestones and achieving them within a short period of time.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I used different training patterns from time to time to attain my goals.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take whey protein, creatine, vitamin D, multivitamins, ashwagandha, and omega.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
I was lean and the challenge was gaining muscle mass. Since my metabolism was too fast, it was challenging for me.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion would be to stay consistent. The changes take time, so don’t give up until you achieve your goals.
