1) Why did you decide to transform?
I was so obese that I could not find clothes of my size. And even any outfits did not look good on my body because I was overweight. Moreover, my health was also not good which made me realize that I have to get transformed.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I was very dedicated and disciplined and followed a healthy diet to achieve my goals. Even on days when I could not workout, I followed my diet properly.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
The training routine that I followed was cardio plus weight training. I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening.
4) Which supplements did you take?
For supplements, I only consume whey protein because I am a vegetarian.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
5)One of the biggest challenges I faced was being able to control my unnecessary food cravings. But I controlled my mind to avoid street food, oily food, and sugar. It was hard but I managed to overcome all my cravings.

6) My suggestion to all those aiming to lose weight is follow a healthy lifestyle, stick to your diet, and start weight training because it helps in toning the body especially if accompanied by cardio.
