1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I was never happy with the way I looked. I went underweight for a while because I thought that was my dream physique,but it wasn’t so then I joined the gym and found that muscle building was what I needed all along.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by being consistent in the gym and having a clean diet. In the beginning I used to do weight training at home and learnt all the basics and then I joined the gym when I felt prepared to lift heavier weights.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I have experimented with various workout splits, but currently, I am following an upper body-lower body-push-pull-legs split. This split has been helping me train every muscle twice.
4) Which supplements did you take?
The supplements I use are Whey Protein, Creatine, Fish Oil and Multivitamins.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The challenge I faced was that I got sick every now and then in the beginning. This caused my immunity to get weaker. But eventually I got my immunity back stronger and got back to my routine.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion would be to be consistent with training and diet . Also make your training routine and diet sustainable and your goals achievable,so that you can stick to it for a lifetime.
