Discover Rajat’s Amazing Transformation
A motivating story of dedication, effort, and commitment to becoming a stronger, healthier version of himself.
1) Why did you decide to transform?
I have been skinny since childhood. It wasn’t that I didn’t eat, I used to eat a lot but unfortunately, it couldn’t help me to gain muscles as I grew up. All of this started making me feel self-conscious about my appearance, and that’s when I realised it’s time for a big change! So I decided to be stronger and more confident and the best way to attain this was to incorporate workout into my routine.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
The first thing I learned was the importance of strength training and how important it is, for muscle growth. I followed a consistent workout routine, focusing on compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses that would challenge my body and build strength. Nutrition became my utmost priority. Because I realised I wouldn’t be able to build muscle without proper nutrition, no matter how much I work out, so I started eating more calories with consistency. It took me 8 months to transform.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I train 6 days a week and I target different muscle groups. My main focus has always been compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups at once. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bent-over rows, pull-ups, etc. I take 1-2 rest days each week to let my body recover.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take whey protein, creatine, multivitamins, and fish oil.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
As someone who was naturally skinny, the toughest part was seeing slow progress at first. Gaining muscle and eating enough to put on weight was a real challenge in the beginning.
6) Suggestion for future transformers
For future transformers, I would suggest that the most important thing is patience and consistency. Muscle building takes time, there are no shortcuts. Set your goals, focus on proper nutrition, and stick to a routine.
