From Skinny to Strong: Vishrut’s Inspiring Health Transformation

1) Why did you decide to transform?

 I decided to transform and begin my fitness journey because I was underweight and when I started doing transformation, I was just 45 kg. I just had this in mind that I have to do it by anyhow. So once I started my fitness journey it became an addiction to me and now working out has become one of the favourite parts of my lifestyle also, my day doesn’t end without it. 

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by staying consistent and dedicated to my goals by monitoring and tracking my workout progress, nutrition, and a balanced lifestyle, including proper rest and sound sleep, leading to proper recovery.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

The training routine I followed was 6 days a week, which included 5 days of weight training and 1 day dedicated to HIIT. Being consistent and progressive overload were the two keys which have helped me to attain my goals.

4) Which supplements did you take?

Supplements that I have been consuming since the time I have started my fitness journey-whey protein, fish oil , Creatine , multivitamin

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Challenges that I faced during my transformation were staying consistent with my diet.  The results were slow because I was a skinny guy and putting on muscle mass took a lot of time. Striking the right balance between college life and fitness life was a challenge in the beginning but with time, things became easier and better due to consistency and hard work .

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

A few suggestions for future transformers, that I would suggest is to be patient, and stay dedicated towards your goals. It is a marathon, not a 100 m sprint.You will not see results on a daily basis. It is a long-term game that asks for your consistency, dedication, and discipline towards it.Results will take time, so enjoy the process. Always have self-belief and strive towards achieving excellence .
