1.Why did you decide to transform?

I have been skinny since childhood so I decided to transform my body to achieve a good looking, strong built physique.
2.How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals with hard work, consistency, proper diet and dedication.

3.Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

A training routine that helped me attain my fitness goals combined with strength training, sparing my Sundays’ for rest and recovery, focusing on my protein intake with calorie-enriched intake and avoiding empty-calorie foods.

4.Which supplements did you take?

The supplements I use are Creatine, whey protein, fish oil, and multivitamins. 

5.What challenges did you face during your transformation?

In the beginning of my transformation journey, the major challenge was, despite the hard work I put in, I did not see results for a long time. It took years of dedication and punctuality to see the results I wished to achieve.

6. Suggestion for future transformers.

It takes time to build a good physique, it’s not just a matter of a day or even a month. It may take years to do so. So patience and consistency is the key.
