1) Why did you decide to transform?
I always desired personal growth, seeking new challenges that could involve changes in lifestyle, career path, mindset, or habits and all over development. This is the reason why I decided to transform.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I set my deadlines and started working out regularly. My fitness goals were short-term, specific, and performance-focused. I worked out every day and tried to maintain my routine as best as I could during my fitness journey.
3)Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I workout 6 days a week. I combined mobility work, high-intensity weight training, and cardio with a protein-rich healthy diet. I also had to cut down on all types of junk and processed food.
4 Which supplements did you take?
I consumed whey protein, omega 3, and vitamin D during my transformation.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
During my transformation, the challenging part was balancing my routine with my work. But I maintained and balanced everything as much as I could by proper planning.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion is just to exercise regularly and stay consistent with workouts. Set achievable goals, complete your protein intake as per requirement, have a healthy diet, and most importantly get enough sleep.
