1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because I was feeling constantly tired and dissatisfied with my body image. I wanted to be stronger, healthier, and more confident, both mentally and physically.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I set specific, achievable goals like increasing muscle mass, reducing body fat, and improving overall stamina. I focused on consistency in my workouts and nutrition. Also, tracking progress through measurements and photos kept me motivated.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
My routine is built on my cricket experience. I plan weight training 5 days a week to improve strength and muscle definition, focusing on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Given my background, I also incorporate agility and endurance drills similar to those used during cricket training, which help enhance both stamina and overall athletic performance.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I kept it simple with supplements. I used whey protein post-workout, creatine for strength and endurance, and multivitamin to cover any nutritional gaps. Occasionally, I took BCAAs to support muscle recovery.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The biggest challenge was staying consistent, especially when I wasn’t seeing immediate results. There were times I wanted to quit, but I kept pushing through. Injuries and occasional diet lapses felt like obstacles, but I learned to adjust and stay on track without being too hard on myself.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
Start with realistic, measurable goals. Track your progress with photos and measurements. Be patient with yourself and stay consistent. The journey can be tough, but the results are worth it. Surround yourself with supportive people to keep your motivation high.
