Why did you decide to transform?
I started gym because I was too skinny and wanted to bring a change to my lifestyle and my physical appearance.
How did you accomplish your goals?
I always look to upgrade myself and yet to accomplish my goals to become a better version of myself. However, I am proud of my fitness journey, credits to my proper workout plans , consistency and my gym buddies who push me everyday to grow stronger.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
For the training routine, I followed push-pull-legs in the beginning for 1 year then I switched to bro split for a change.
Which supplements did you take?
Supplements that I regularly take are protein and creatine and for the past few months I’ve started taking pre-workout as well.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The only challenge I faced throughout my fitness journey was to maintain my diet and daily protein intake.
Suggestion for future transformers.
The only suggestion would be that consistency is the key. Change takes time, so just stay consistent, give yourself time and see the change.
