1) Why did you decide to transform?
Being unhealthy and out of shape, I lacked the confidence to present myself in any aspect, which was affecting me badly. I decided that change was needed, and now I am confident in everything I do today.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I started my journey by completely removing sugar from my diet and began consuming meals with a fixed amount of calories, carbs, and protein. I also committed to working out for 90 minutes daily, six days a week.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I begin my training with a 6-8 minute walk on the treadmill to warm up my body. Then, I focus on upper and lower abs or sides every alternate day for about 40 minutes. After that, I concentrate on one specific body part each day for about 40-45 minutes.
4) Which supplements did you take?
The only supplement I have taken during my transformation journey, and continue to use, is whey protein. It helps me meet my daily protein intake requirements
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
When I talk about challenges, the biggest one I faced was sticking to only healthy foods and avoiding the fried or junk food I used to consume daily. Being away from home in Canada made it even more difficult to control my meals and stick to specific quantities, as my calorie, carb, and protein intake had to be balanced with every meal. Over time, I have gotten used to this routine.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My personal suggestion to future transformers is to always keep your will strong enough at the forefront of your mind. Trust me, that willpower combined with hard work can lead to amazing results.
