Why did you decide to transform?
The main reason I decided to transform was that I wasn’t happy with how my body looked and had daily struggles like walking upstairs and being physically active.
How did you accomplish your goals?
I mainly accomplished my goals by staying consistent and dedicated to a set plan with the help of a nutritionist.
Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I went with push-pull legs, split the routine as my training routine while also doing cardio (a form of skipping ropes) at the start of my transformation.

What challenges did you face during your transformation?
