1. Why did you decide to transform?

I was too skinny and wanted to change my looks as it affected my self confidence.

2. How did you accomplish your goals?

I’ve always been consistent with my routine and if I was not able to go to the gym for some reason, I used to do home workouts.

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I work out 5-6 times a week and always change the gym split in every 3-4 months.

4. Which supplements did you take?

During my transformation journey, I took creatine, protein, and citrulline malate.

5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?

Being a vegetarian, it was a little difficult for me to accomplish my protein intake goals.

6. Suggestion for future transformers

Be consistent, keep patience, and make sure you complete your macros everyday. It is also important to stick to the workout plan and eat healthy.
