I wanted to have a healthy lifestyle and believed that in order to ensure healthy living, this transformation is necessary.

I followed a calorie deficit diet, made sure I work out regularly, added high-protein meals to my diet, and consumed carbs moderately. Moreover, I always took proper rest after workout.

I stayed true to strength and cardio training in order to achieve my goals.

I added whey protein, creatine, and multivitamins to my daily routine.
5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Avoiding junk food at get-togethers and maintaining a healthy lifestyle posed as a challenge for me in this journey.

Make sure you are monitoring your total calorie intake and taking enough protein, fat, and vegetables. Always keep an aim to include a variety of foods at each meal and stay hydrated.
