  1. Isn’t the above a contradiction??
First you say that the HK cider vinegar is filtered then in a couple sentences below you say it isn’t filtered,????
    Unfiltered is best, correct??
So, what is it? Filtered or unfiltered?

    • “Apple cider vinegar (ACV) comes in various types, primarily categorized as filtered and unfiltered (with the “”mother””).
Filtered ACV is clear and free from any sediment or cloudiness. It undergoes a filtration process that removes particles, bacteria, and the “”mother.”” This is mainly used as salad dressing and has a mild flavor.
Unfiltered ACV retains the “”mother,”” which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and acetic acid bacteria. This makes it cloudy and it has a strong flavor. Unfiltered ACV is often considered more natural and less processed. It is believed to have additional health benefits due to the presence of the “”mother.””

So, ACV can be of filtered and unfiltered type.”
