The rumors are abuzz that the actor has been trying to lose weight for a long time but was looking for some motivation to shed his inhibitions about the lean muscle body. “We all need three Important things to achieve what we desire in life – Discipline, hard work and, before everything, commitment. It was Sushant’s character that got him of bed at 5 am in the morning, his commitment that moved us into action for our daily workout, a discipline that enabled him to follow through a fit and healthy lifestyle. Sleep for 5 hours, train insane for 2 hours, Long hectic 14-15 hours of shooting followed by a dance rehearsal for 2 hours. @sushantsinghrajput Followed his Passion, prepared himself to work hard and sacrificed his comfort zone because he doesn’t limit his dreams,”

Sushant Singh Rajput Workout Secrets
Sushant is not at all a gym person, but to keep himself fit he has to sweat it out in the gym at least four days in a week. As per him, his four days a week stint in the gym helps him burn the excess calories, reduces the risk of contracting high blood pressure and keeps problems like heart diseases and diabetes at bay. His gym workout plan is designed in a way to give him stronger bones, improved metabolism and most importantly a sound and peaceful sleep.
However, apart from hitting the gym, Sushant Singh Rajput includes training in martial arts and other recreational activities in his regimen that helped him get into the shape he is now.

Wing Chun Kung Fu:
As Sushant has a secret love for martial arts, he makes it a point to include it in his daily regimen. He practices Wing Chun Kung Fu, a Chinese martial art and self-defence form that utilizes both grappling and striking for specializing in close-range combat. Apart from being a part of Shiamak Dawar’s dance group before making it big in the Bollywood, Sushant has even participated in the popular dance show Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa with his estranged girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande. He took dance as a hobby and now practices ballet regularly to improve his fitness as well as dancing abilities. According to him, ballet improves the coordination of various limbs, promotes cardio health and burns fat.

Sushant Singh Rajput has never defined himself to be a foodie. Instead, he believes in eating right at the right time. Though, he has made a confession that for one of his Bollywood movie he was asked to look chiseled, thus he gave up on his favorite aloo and gobhi parathas with butter and switched to boiled vegetables, sprouts, and protein shake to fit in the role. He even stated that only a single calorie could mess up your fitness goals. Hence, it is important to stick to a balanced meal and control your craving as much as possible.
